About Me
I'm passionate about capturing your special day.
So here’s a little bit about me that I hope will resonate with you when it comes to deciding on a photographer to capture the biggest day of your lives. While I’m based between the South Coast and the South Downs, I travel the length and breadth of the country to photograph weddings.
Born a Photographer
I’ve had a passion for photography nearly all my life, borrowing my parents’ cameras when I didn’t have my own to photograph the world around me. Then when my friends got married I often took my camera to photograph the party atmosphere and would send them a set of prints. It was this that really got me hooked on wedding photography.
But it wasn’t my first career which seems odd now. I worked in the City for some of the leading corporate communications consultancies, advising big businesses on their PR strategies, how to talk to the media and managing crises when they arose. When I wasn’t working I was riding horses, bringing up my three children, oh and yes, taking photographs.
I’m a real country bumpkin at heart and it’s amazing how many dogs and horses have made an appearance at the weddings I’ve photographed – they create such special moments and if we can include them, then I’ll go out of my way to make it happen.
“Oh the photos are absolutely wonderful, we are over the moon. We had a look through them this morning and it was so lovely reliving it all.
Thank you for all your hard work you were amazing and we will love looking over these pictures for many years.”

My Approach
I am very much a natural wedding photographer – in fact most of my couples call me the invisible photographer because I catch all the important moments and yet people are often totally unaware I’m there. Despite this I’m always very much at the centre of the action. I love these moments in time – unposed, carefree, relaxed, full of joy, happiness and laughter.
The images are the story of your wedding day, photos you will look back on in years to come that will make you smile every time you see them. I create a unique story of how your day unfolded, capturing all the details and emotions along the way.
For all the naturalness there will of course be a few important moments where more direction and guidance are required – whether that’s the family groups or the time I take you both away for a few romantic photographs. These shots will still be natural and relaxed and above all, fun.
I'm passionate about capturing your special day.
The photos of your wedding are such an important investment, so taking the time to ensure you have the right photographer who you can trust to capture those very special moments is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make in your planning process.
Whatever package you choose with me, be assured the quality of service you get doesn’t change. I like to think of myself as more than just your photographer. I’m more your right-hand helper. I can whistle up a glass of water or possibly bubbly, help with your dress or veil, even gather your hens and stags for an inpromptue group shot if the designated people finder has gone missing. I’m there, often unseen, but available to you as needed.
