Marquee Weddings at Home

Beautifully relaxed. Wonderfully personal. Completely you.
There’s something truly special about a wedding at home. From the familiar garden you grew up in, to the quiet country field that’s become part of your story—marquee weddings are intimate, flexible, and bursting with character.
As a Hampshire-based wedding photographer with a soft spot for relaxed, family-focused, fun-filled celebrations, I’ve photographed marquee weddings across the South of England – from Wiltshire and West Sussex to the heart of the South Downs and rural Surrey – as well as far flung parts of the country
Every one is beautifully different.
Why Choose a Marquee Wedding?
A marquee gives you the freedom to design your day your way:
- Get ready in your own space
- Say ‘I do’ in a nearby church or garden
- Party under canvas with twinkling lights and festooned trees
- Keep things local and low-key or go all-out with live music and fire pits
- Bring your vision to life without any restrictions
They’re relaxed, personal and full of lovely, unscripted moments—just the kind I love to capture.

Planning a Marquee Wedding at Home?
I know how much work goes into hosting your own wedding—especially with a marquee in the garden or on a farm; whether yours or borrowed for the day.
I’ll help you plan a timeline that flows, work ahdn in hand with your local suppliers, and be there on the day to guide things along while capturing all the joy, chaos and confetti.
My approach is relaxed, observant, and all about storytelling. You won’t find me shouting or staging awkward poses—just keeping an eye out for the magic.

Marquee Portfolio
Below is a selection of marquee weddings I have photographed. Some have taken place in small back gardens, others at home in local fields or in borrowed farmers fields, which on occasion has even meant harvesting a little early. My full portfolio has much more, so head on over
